Section 188
After the Companies Ordinance, 2062 has become inoperative, the effect thereof
 Unless another intention appears after the Companies Ordinance, 2062 has become inoperative, such inactivity shall,-
(a) shall not raise any matter which was not in force or subsisted while the Ordinance was inoperative,
(b) It shall not affect anything that has been carried out in accordance with that Ordinance or any work that has been done or suffered prior to the completion thereof,
(c) shall not affect any rights, facilities, duties or obligations received, achieved or enjoyed in accordance with that Ordinance,
(d) No penalty imposed under that Ordinance shall affect punishment or forfeiture,
(e) Any actions or measures taken in relation to any such rights, facilities, duties, obligations, punishments written above shall not be affected and any such legal action or measures may be initiated, continued or implemented as long as the said Ordinance remains in force.
